We here at The Writers Club Forum strongly discourage the advertisement of other shoutboxes on our site. We just have the two shoutboxes, and that's the ones you see on the main forum page. We don't endorse, encourage, or have any affiliation with any other shoutbox.
In other words, It's not our shoutbox, and we can't prevent anything that might happen on it. We're not responsible for it.
No one here at The Writers Club Forum wants some kid getting e-molested on there and having the cops say "Well, the kid says they were on The Writers Club Forum's ChatBox when Creeps McGee asked to meet them in the Food court by the Chik-Fil-A." That's the kind of thing that could get The Writers Club Forum shut down. No one wants Chris Hansen of NBC's Dateline to mention The Writers Club Forum on "To Catch a Predator" as the place where Little Jimmy Applesauce met a creepy fate, causing a lawsuit against us that shuts us down.
So. If you must use another shoutbox, we have to warn you to be extremely careful. If you, for some reason, decide that you want to give out personal information or do anything else that might lead to anything bad, just remember, The Writers Club Forum is not responsible for anything that happens to you outside the site.
And if you're on a ShoutBox that isn't on the main forum page or the Portal, you're outside the site.
